Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Quality Management team. You'll work closely with engineering, product and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications, and help ensure our AI and data solutions meet the standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements from internal teams and clients
• Analyze current processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies or risks
• Write clear specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Support QA by defining test scenarios aligned with business requirements
• Track project deliverables and flag risks or deviations early
• Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders and leadership
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to keep everyone aligned

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g. Confluence, Notion, Excel)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field

Nice to have

• Experience in a tech, SaaS or AI/data company
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows
• Basic understanding of data or software development lifecycles
